香港, 2023年3月13日 - (亚太商讯) - 中国通海金融集团 (股份代号: 00952.HK) 欣然宣布，旗下全资附属公司中国通海证券有限公司 (「中国通海证券」或「本公司」) 正式获准向专业投资者提供虚拟资产交易、分销及咨询服务，成为本港首批提供该服务的全牌照金融机构。
中国通海证券原持有证监会1号（证券交易）、4号（就证券提供意见）及9号（资产管理）牌照，按照证监会就《有关中介人的虚拟资产相关活动的联合通函》所确立的发牌制度，公司成功取得证监会批准扩大现有的业务范畴，今起可按额外的发牌条件，(i) 分销虚拟资产相关产品; (ii) 提供虚拟资产交易服务，以及(iii)就虚拟资产提供意见。
