香港, 2022年5月18日 - (亚太商讯) - （修正版本）日前，莲鑫集团下属莲鑫基金与安谋科技股东Amber Leading (Hong Kong) Limited、宁波梅山保税港区安创成长股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）、ARM Ecosystem Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited达成意向并签署意向书，拟收购安谋科技51%股权。
莲鑫集团是一家专注于大湾区科技投资的企业公司，本次为收购安谋科技51%股权专门成立莲鑫基金。莲鑫集团发言人表示，安谋科技的业务蓬勃发展，离不开客户及各方面的支持，特别是ARM全球的支持，这也是团队共同努力的结果。莲鑫基金有幸在这个重要的项目上与各方进行探讨并取得重大进展，各方期待着顺利完成交易。
安谋科技过去十年催生了国内年产值过千亿人民币规模的智能手机与物联网芯片设计产业，拉动了下游应用端年产值过万亿人民币规模的技术开发及运营产业。今天，95%中国设计的芯片系统、90%以上的物联网芯片、80%以上的智能驾驶都是基于安谋架构。安谋科技2021年整体营收同比增长250%，自研IP业务同比增长262%，2021年中国本土客户基于安谋自研IP芯片出货量超1亿颗，安谋科技国内授权客户超250家，安谋科技与50多家企业机构联合发起的智能计算产业技术创新联合体会员总数已超100家。
