香港, 2022年11月8日 - (亚太商讯) - 中国领先的结构性心脏病介入器械供应商心泰医疗（2291.HK)今日在港交所挂牌上市。该股昨日于富途暗盘交易中最高涨5.15%至30.65港元，最终收涨2.23%报29.8港元；该股IPO发售价格为29.15港元。
公司是中国最大的先天性心脏病封堵器产品及相关手术配套产品制造商，按2021年于中国销售确认的收入计，公司的市场份额为38.0%。此次上市发售2245.5万股，其中香港发售224.6万股，国际发售2020.9万股，每手1000股，香港公开发售获2.11倍认购，净筹5.673亿港元，当中约50.7%将用于为公司未来五年内的研发活动提供资金；约24.3%将用于公司未来五年内的销售及营销活动。
财务方面，2019-2021年，公司的营业收入分别为人民币1.16亿元、1.48亿元、2.23亿元，复合年增长率为38.25%；同期综合毛利率分别为88.3%、89.8%、88.8%。
