香港, 2011年12月19日 - (亚太商讯) - 临近年底，基金经理粉饰橱窗，金融市场较为动荡，多只新股被迫搁置上市计划。今年下半年集资额最大的新股周大福（1929）上市首日股价劲插8%。市场消息人士透露，由於金融市场动荡，为保护投资者利益及战略考虑，国电科环(1296)主动调减集资规模，力保年底登陆香港资本市场。消息称，公司国际配售已经完全覆盖，且估值更为吸引，后市后期。

消息人士透露，中国最大的燃煤电厂环保及节能解决方案供应商国电科环(1296)，计划今年年底在香港上市。不过介于近期资本市场资金缺乏，股市较为波动，国电科环考虑到广大投资者的利益及公司长远的战略发展，主动调减集资规模，削减发行股数至原先规模的一半，即约10.9亿股，招股价区间维持不变，仍为2.16至2.42港元，力保今年年底在香港上市。虽然资本市场波动，但消息称国电科环的国际配售已获得足额认购，且由于缩减集资规模，公司整体估值更为吸引，后市表现令人期待。
国电科环的股东分别为中国国电集团及其控股的A股上市公司国电电力发展，是世界500强企业之一。截至2010年年底，国电集团火力发电装机容量7622兆瓦，为中国第三大火力发电公司。另外，截至2010年底的风力发电装机容量总量计算，国电集团为亚洲最大及全球第二大的风电场运营商。
