香港, 2021年2月1日 - (亚太商讯) - 早前汽车板块一路飙升，个股领涨大市，行业前景备受看好。连老牌工业股嘉利国际(01050.HK)亦忍唔住出手，进军电动车及充电桩市场行业。据嘉利国际最新业务发展公告，其落实在泰国增设自动化生产线，初步投资额约为1,200万美元，预计于今年年中开始投产。消息一出，嘉利国际即日股价一路狂飙，升逾10%至近一年新高1.22港元。
嘉利国际原是服务器(Server)外壳、模具、金属与塑料部件产品的设计及制造先驱，于全球服务器外壳市场占据领导性地位，主要客户为国际级行业龙头。近年，集团积极扩阔业务领域，以进一步提高盈利。早在2020年11月，集团已完成购入泰国一家拥有四十七年的丰富经验的汽车零部件及模具制造商T. Krungthai Industries Public Co., Ltd（「TKT」）的股权，TKT亦是泰国上市公司，而泰国为东盟地区主要的汽车生产国，相信集团透过与该战略伙伴的合作，能够在最短时间内在汽车零部件市场企稳脚。现时，嘉利国际已取得TKT的汽车模具订单，并已完成首批订单的交付。
随着电动车市场的快速增长，充电桩的需求日益上升。嘉利国际已早占先机，于两年前开始获得美国一家领先的电动汽车充电解决方案商的充电桩外壳订单，为充电桩业务奠下良好基础。集团表示电动车及充电桩市场行业具有庞大的增长空间，其研发团队将进一步深化充电桩业务板块的研发，并积极争取更多电动车配件的订单，加速该业务发展。
另一方面，市场上可见普遍工业股受疫情影响，业绩较差，而嘉利国际的业绩仍然亮眼。其截至2020年9月30日止的中期业绩，不但纯利增长33%，录得约1.5亿港元，更派发稳健股息共4.5港仙。集团于2020年10月至12月的订单维持良好势头，截至2020年12月31日止首9个月的五金塑料业务销售额比去年同期上升16%。受惠在家远程工作新趋势、云端服务及在线商务等需求增加，加上高效能运算、AI应用、周边运算基础设施及5G电讯数据中心的普及化，预料未来五年服务器的需求依然庞大。为应对新订单需求并迎合业务的发展，集团亦利用于中国东莞市凤岗镇毗邻现有厂房兴建一综合生产大楼，初步总投资额约人民币2.5亿元，预计将于二零二二年正式投入运作。集团正积极与科技云端平台服务商及系统整合商洽商，进一步争取更多订单，扩大服务器外壳市场的全球份额。
未来，相信嘉利国际凭借自身40年扎实的工业业务基础，配合内地及泰国新厂房的落成和于台湾新成立的设计及研发中心，继续为客户提供机械工程解决方案，进一步拓展工业业务，多元化服务和产品，积极进军新能源汽车市场及智能个人护理产业。
