香港, 2020年6月29日 - (亚太商讯) - 华营建筑集团控股有限公司(1582.HK)发布公告，宣布股东周年大会上所有决议案均获高票通过，包括重选董事、续聘核数师、授出发行股份及购回股份的一般授权及宣派二零一九年度末期股息。
管满宇先生、李嘉贤先生、朱萍女士、罗明健先生、陈德耀先生连任公司执行董事；杨昊江先生连任公司非执行董事；谢伟俊先生（立法会议员）(太平绅士)、李家晖先生及何文尧先生连任公司独立非执行董事，稳定的管理层结构将有助于公司未来业务发展推进。此外，股东周年大会上通过了续聘安永会计事务所为2020年12月31日止年度之核数师议案，公司获准配发、发行及处理最多100,000,000股股份和获准购回最多50,000,000股股份，及通过向股东派付截至2019年12月31日止年度末期每股股息5港仙，合共约25.0百万港元，末期股息将于2020年7月31日或之前派付。
回顾二零一九年全年业绩，集团整体发展稳中向好，总收入约为4,833.9百万港元，连续四年实现收入增长。其中，楼宇建筑工程业务收入达约4,486.5百万港元，RMAA工程收入由2018年的146.0百万大幅增长约137.9%至2019年的约347.4百万港元。毛利约为212.0百万港元，较2018年的185.5百万港元增长约14.3％；毛利率增长至约4.4%。撇除上市开支因素，经调整纯利约为70.0百万港元。每股基本及摊薄盈利约14.99港仙。
截至2020年6月19日，公司于2020上半年已中标6个新项目，包括深水埗住宅发展项目、山顶施勋道3号工程项目、旺角烟厂街25-31号地基工程项目、沙田石门安睦街资助出售房屋上盖项目、白加道37号拆楼及围街板项目及油塘内地段第44号住宅发展项目。
