香港, 2020年4月20日 - (亚太商讯) - 新冠病毒疫情重创本港经济，政府先后推出两轮抗疫基金和多项纾困措施，而扎根香港的巧裕商务顾问有限公司（「巧裕商务顾问」）亦宣布，为本港中小企业，提供为期一个月的免费企业咨询服务，协助商户抓紧机遇，化危为机，并为未来的亮丽业绩做好准备。
疫情下，政府继提供保就业津贴之外，还进一步纾缓中小企现金流压力，特别推出中小企融资担保计划下的「百分百担保特惠贷款」。巧裕商务顾问提供为期一个月的免费企业咨询服务，主要为企业审视自身条件，以更客观及全面的角度就决定如何运用政府提供的补贴及贷款保证提供专业意见。
然而，单靠短期的政府放水并不能充份解决问题。巧裕商务顾问董事总经理罗裕群表示：「政府提供补贴或贷款保证，对企业而言，只是一个短暂的喘息机会。今次疫情已令消费生态起了变化，假如未能把握时机对症下药，为企业未来发展作出调整便贸然申请补贴或贷款，只是将企业面对的困难推迟数月而已。」
